  1. How to book your camping experience at Aventura Ooty?

You can book your stay by either sending us an email to or by the contact us form on our website. In your mail, please don’t forget to mention your check in date, check out date and number of guests. We will reply with the confirmed dates, prices and our bank details – upon an advance payment your booking will be confirmed.

  1. What about transport from the bus stand or Ooty town to Aventura Ooty?

You can take an auto from the bus stand to Aventura, depending on the season and which property you are put up the cost for an auto will vary from Rs. 200 to Rs. 350. You could also hire a bike at the Bus Stand and ride to our property. If you are driving, we have ample car parking.

  1. What is the difference between the Fern Hill and Tiger Hill properties? Which Aventura property will you be staying in?

There is no difference at all in the services when it comes to either of our properties. We host larger groups at our Fern Hill property which is mainly for corporates, schools, colleges, music festivals, long weekends, parties, etc. Smaller groups are hosted at our Tiger Hill property. We would like to ensure that resources we utilize are most optimally used we will inform you about the property you will be hosted upon confirmation of your stay.

  1. What are our check in and check out times at Aventura Ooty?

Our check in and check out time is 11 am. Check out times can be flexible depending on availability.

  1. What modes of payment does Aventura offer?

You can pay by cash or card for services that Aventura offers.

  1. What about bathrooms and restrooms at Aventura?

We have full fledged bathrooms with a geyser, western style commode, health faucet, washbasins, hand wash, toilet paper and a dustbin for guest use. These bathrooms are on a shared basis and cleaned regularly or on request.

  1. What kinds of accommodation does Aventura offer?

We offer only tent accommodation. We do NOT have rooms for guest accommodation. We have tent for 2, 4 and 5 people on a regular basis. Pods and bigger tents are available on request and subject to availability.

  1. Do you allow kids at Aventura?

No, we have a strict No Kid policy. We allow kids from 14 years plus.

  1. Is Aventura pet-friendly?

No, we do not allow pets at Aventura.

  1. What happens if it rains?

Our tents are all weather proof but the activities will not be possible.

  1. Does Aventura have covered space apart from tents?

Yes, both our properties have a coffee shop cum reception for guest use.

  1. Do tents have mobile charging points?

No, tents do not have a mobile charging point but you can charge your phone at the coffee shop.

  1. Do you allow smoking and drinking?

We do allow smoking and drinking but in designated zones strictly.

  1. Is Aventura Ooty couple friendly?

Yes, we host mixed groups only.

  1. What are the dates of operation of Aventura Ooty?

Aventura is open all year around.

  1. How is the road approach to Aventura?

Both our properties have a road approach which leads to the car park of the property. The roads get bad in patches, please be prepared for an Adventure. No great place is easily accessible
